I thrive in dynamic and collaborative environments, where I can contribute my unique perspective and ideas while also learning from others. As a lifelong learner, I am constantly seeking new knowledge and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. This allows me to bring fresh and innovative solutions to the table.

In addition to my technical skills, I also value strong communication and interpersonal abilities. I understand the importance of effective collaboration and actively listening to clients and team members to ensure that their needs are met. I believe in building relationships and open communication, which ultimately leads to successful projects and satisfied clients.

Outside of work, I enjoy the outdoors and pushing my physical limits through sports such as trail running, mountain biking, skiing, and climbing. These outlets help demonstrate personally the benefits of hard work and dedication.

Lead and direct all stages of production for top-level clients including Target, Lifetime Fitness, and Caribou Coffee. Develop video, photo, animation, and motion graphics content for TV commercials, brand identity guides, social media advertisements, training videos, and marketing materials. Utilize analytics tools to measure effectiveness of digital ad campaigns, social media engagement, and web traffic. Collaborate with Creative Directors and Art Directors to provide guidance on creative projects and ensure cohesive execution. Mentor and guide Junior Editors and Designers to cultivate skill development and creative growth.

My responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Create video and photo content for small to large businesses
  • Assist in creating successful strategic marketing plans for a medley of clientele across different industries
  • Boost brand awareness for clients by creating brand messaging and visual content and implementing innovative digital strategies.
  • Create and/or update websites for various clients along with managing hosting responsibilities when applicable

As the Creative Team Lead, I had the opportunity to guide a team of talented individuals in all aspects of marketing for Verticle Endeavors Rock Climbing Gyms and Nicros Inc. I gained valuable experience marketing both B2C and B2B. I was very hands-on on all projects and provide guidance and direction to the team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. 

My responsibilities included but were not limited to:

    • Managed the marketing and advertising efforts for all six Vertical Endeavors Rock Climbing facilities and Nicros Inc.
    • Responsible for the creation and management of Vertical Endeavors and Nicros website content using WordPress and Magento
    • Develop social media strategies for VE and Nicros
    • Create email marketing campaigns and track effectiveness through open and click rates

 

Maintained and strengthened brand identity for sports nutrition company. Conceptualized and executed strategic marketing campaigns, designing visually appealing content to engage customers and reach untapped markets. Utilized data analytics and market research to gain insights into customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities. Worked closely with marketing team, creative team, and international distributors to foster productive and supportive environment.

My responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Research and manage advertising opportunities within a set budget for mail, print, and web.
    • Assist with magazine content and photos: “Endurance News”
    • Manage sponsored athletes and brand ambassadors.
    • Created and managed promotional campaigns  throughout the year and provide reporting
